Overview

There are often many sources of chemical pollutants in the laboratory that are harmful to human health, especially harmful gases, and it is very important to eliminate them. However, at the same time, energy is often consumed in large quantities, so the requirements for laboratory ventilation system control are gradually increasing, from early CV (constant air volume), 2-State (bistable), VAV systems, to the latest adaptive control systems that are both safe and meet the needs of energy conservation.

Product Details

VAV systemIntroduction:

According to the ANSI Z9.5-2003 standard in the United States, a wind speed above or below 0.5 meters per second on the face of a fume hood may cause harmful gases to escape. If the wind speed is too low, the ground wind speed cannot effectively capture harmful emissions. Excessive surface wind speed can cause turbulence and vortex formation in the fume hood airflow, which can also lead to the escape of harmful substances. In order to ensure ventilation effectiveness, the fume hood is used in VAV variable air volume control mode, requiring a stable wind speed of 0.5m/s ± 5% on the face of the fume hood; A direct wind speed measurement and control system can quickly and effectively ensure the wind speed of the ventilation cabinet, thereby achieving the goal of ensuring the safety of laboratory staff. In order to avoid temperature and humidity, the common reference point for wind speed sensor drift, the fume hood control system adopts a real-time measurement of wind speed opposite the hot wire wind speed sensor. The wind speed sensor is equipped with a self-cleaning filter and dust blockage.

(1) PLC constant air volume control system

(1)VAV systemStatic pressure sensing automatic frequency control (or PLC programming control) is adopted, and the static pressure sensing automatic frequency control signal can be turned on to 0-10V input frequency converter to ensure ventilation effect, save energy and reduce the impact of noise during ventilation changes.

(2) Each fume hood is equipped with an electronic air flow control valve, control switch, variable frequency speed regulation system, and fan linkage, which can achieve single or multiple ventilation controls under different operating conditions. Angle adjustable digital display electronic air flow control valve and memory function (i.e. adjust the angle, remember, next time you transfer to the design perspective) air volume control valve.

(3) As a whole, it is interlocked to achieve orderly flow, balance the airflow of the system, prevent airflow performance, and serve as a damper and fan for the time reversal system.

(2) Variable Air Volume VAV Control

(1) This system adopts static pressure sensing automatic frequency control. Static pressure sensing automatic frequency control can turn on ventilation, induce changes in quantity, and input static pressure changes into 0-10V signals to the frequency converter to automatically adjust the frequency of the fan. Therefore, the ventilation volume and actual emissions of the fan need to be matched to ensure ventilation effectiveness, save energy and reduce the impact of noise.

(2) Installing a Venturi valve VAV damper control switch, frequency control system, and fan linkage can achieve ventilation control for single or multiple units under different operating conditions. The digital display angle of the variable air volume control valve is adjustable, and the Venturi air valve has a memory function (i.e. the angle adjustment that can be remembered, and the next time you open it, it will be transferred to the design angle for viewing).

(3) As a whole, it is interlocked to achieve orderly flow, balance the airflow of the system, prevent airflow performance, and serve as a damper and fan for the time reversal system.
