1. Basic Principles

Vacuum graphite sintering furnaceIt is a vacuum resistance furnace that uses graphite as a heating element. In the vacuum state, the graphite resistance generates heat, causing high temperature in the furnace chamber, which is conducted to the material through thermal radiation. It is suitable for scientific research and military units to shape and sinter powders of refractory alloys such as tungsten, molybdenum and their alloys. Mainly used inCeramics, hard alloys, composite materials, etc. can be sintered at high temperatures in vacuum or protective atmospheres, and can also be used for high-temperature heat treatment of metal materials under high vacuum conditions or degassing treatment of precious metal materials.

2. Equipment characteristics

1) Adopting a horizontal and side opening structure: high precision in loading and unloading materials, easy to operate;

2) Fast heating: heating rate of 1-10 ℃/min (≤ 1600 ℃), heating rate of 1-5 ℃/min (>1600 ℃);

3) Good temperature uniformity: The average temperature uniformity is ± 5 ℃ (measured at 5 points, and tested after holding at 1000 ℃ for 1 hour in the constant temperature zone);

5) Good safety performance: using HMI+PLC+PID pressure sensing control, safe and reliable;
