Operating Instructions for Plant Live Transformation System

Instantaneous transformation of plants

1. Pour the bacterial solution into a 1L glass beaker

2. Invert the plant and place it on the auxiliary support

3. Immerse plant leaves into bacterial solution

4. Place the entire device into the chamber of the plant living transformation system and close the door tightly (rotate the armrest to lock downwards)

5. Rotate the two air release valves to the "open" position in the lower right corner

6. Set the pressure on the LCD touch screen to 6-10Ka for 1 minute

7. Click to start running and hear an alarm sound, indicating that the conversion has been completed

8. Rotate the release valve to the appropriate position according to the release speed (usually, first rotate to the middle position and then to the bottom)

Plant genetic modification

1. Cut the explants used for transformation into appropriate shapes and sizes, place them in a culture dish, pour in the appropriate bacterial solution, and cover with a lid

2. Place the culture dish into the chamber of the plant transformation system and close the door tightly (rotate the armrest to lock downwards)

3. Rotate the two air release valves to the "open" position in the lower right corner

4. Set the pressure on the LCD touch screen to 6-10Ka for 1 minute (pressure and time are for reference only; different plants and tissues can explore the conditions and set different values for pressure and time as needed)

5. Click to start running and hear an alarm sound, indicating that the conversion has been completed

6. Rotate the release valve to the appropriate position according to the release speed (usually, first rotate to the middle position and then to the bottom)

Precautions

1.Users should carefully read this manual before using this instrument.

2.When using the instrument, ensure that the bottom pulley is in a locked state.

3.This instrument is suitable for short-term and intermittent operation, please do not use it continuously for a long time.

4.Be sure to maintain the "stop" state during operation, check for errors before starting!
