Sealing process

After the product is packed, it is sent to the sealing machine through the conveyor chain (belt, roller) and handed over to the box conveying mechanism. The two sides of the cardboard box are clamped by the box clamping belt and move forward. The front short tongue is automatically bent by the tongue press frame, and when the cardboard box enters the sealing machine roller, a detection signal (photoelectric signal) notifies the tongue punching cylinder to act. The tongue punching frame bends it, and at the same time, a signal notifies the glue machine to automatically spray glue. The cardboard box continues to move forward, and the left and right long tongues automatically bend towards the middle through the guide rod. At the same time, the box pressing mechanism belt synchronously presses the left and right long tongues of the cardboard box, making the box, tongue, and glue together to complete the sealing and shaping action, which is the last process of product packaging - automatic sealing.
