Working principle

After inserting the packaging tape, the machine can automatically complete the bundling process of gathering, heat sealing, cutting, and releasing the tape; And it has the function of automatic shutdown; A strapping machine is a machine that uses strapping tape to wrap products or packaging, then tightens and connects the two ends through thermal effect melting or using materials such as buckles. It has fast working speed, high efficiency, time-saving and labor-saving, and high bundling quality. Belt delivered to position → Received bundling signal → Brake released, main motor started → Right top knife rises and presses against the right belt at the sliding plate → "T" - shaped guide plate retreats → Proximity switch senses the tape return probe → Main motor stops rotating, brake is engaged → The tape return motor of the baler rotates, returns the tape for 0.35 seconds → The belt tightens and binds to the object → Main motor starts again, brake is engaged → Large swing rod pulls the belt twice, tightens the belt → Left top body rises and presses the lower layer of belt → Heating plate extends into the middle of the two belts → Middle top knife rises and cuts the belt → Middle top knife descends → Middle top knife rises again to firmly bond the two belts → Middle top knife descends, both left and right top knives descend → Heating plate resets → Sliding plate retreats → Reset the "T" shaped guide plate → The proximity switch senses the belt feeding probe → The belt feeding motor starts, driving the belt feeding → The large swing rod resets → The belt is in place, and the belt head is placed on the "T" shaped guide plate.
