The drone controllability testing system is a specialized equipment designed for wind resistance testing of micro, small, and lightweight drones. The core function is to generate complex wind profiles such as sustained wind, gusts, turbulence, and wind shear through modular independent wind design, accurately simulate real flight wind field environments, and comprehensively test the flight stability, power system load capacity, and aerodynamic characteristics of unmanned aerial vehicles in multiple scenarios such as crosswinds and headwinds. It also supports wind field impact analysis of core components such as motors, propellers, and batteries.

3. Technical indicators:Meet the requirements of clauses 4.8 and 5.8 of GB 42590-2023 standard.

3.1 Controllability testing system for micro unmanned aerial vehicles

(1) Initialization time: ≤ 5s;

(2) Static position accuracy: horizontal ≤ 0.02m, vertical ≤ 0.04m;

(3) Dynamic position accuracy: horizontal ≤ 0.02m, vertical ≤ 0.05m;

(4) Speed measurement accuracy: ≤ 0.05m/s;

(5) Data update rate: adjustable from 1-20Hz;

(6) Power battery type: lithium battery

(7) Battery capacity: 3000mA;

(8) Battery life: ≥ 2h (Long endurance backup battery can be selected as needed, with a battery life of ≥ 8h);

(9) Communication capability (including but not limited to): real-time data feedback and real-time kinematic positioning (RTK) result cloud upload capability.

(10) Debugging interface: USB Type C.
