Overview
Product Introduction of Ultrasonic Liquid Mixing Homogenization Equipment: Ultrasonic dispersion refers to the process of refining and resolving particles in a liquid through the "cavitation" effect of ultrasonic waves in the liquid, using the liquid as a medium. The most common phenomenon of mixing solid particles into liquids is the adsorption and agglomeration of particles due to various physical and chemical properties, which is more pronounced in materials with higher viscosity.

Ultrasonic liquid mixing and homogenization equipment

Principle:

Ultrasonic waves are high-frequency sound waves with frequencies higher than the human auditory range, typically above 20kHz. The generation of ultrasonic waves mainly relies on the piezoelectric effect, which converts electrical signals into mechanical vibrations through piezoelectric crystals (such as piezoelectric ceramics), thereby generating ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic waves have excellent directionality, penetration, and scattering ability when propagating in a medium, which makes them widely used in multiple fields.

Ultrasonic liquid processing equipment utilizes the cavitation effect of ultrasound, which means that when ultrasound propagates in liquid, small cavities are generated inside the liquid due to the intense vibration of liquid particles. These small cavities rapidly expand and close, causing violent collisions between liquid particles, resulting in pressures ranging from thousands to tens of thousands of atmospheres. The micro jet generated by the intense interaction between particles will cause a series of reactions such as particle refinement, cell breakage, disintegration and aggregation, and mutual fusion of materials, thus playing a good role in dispersion, homogenization, stirring, emulsification, extraction, etc.
