The CTJ-6A ultrasonic flaw detector calibration device fully complies with JJG746-2024 "Ultrasonic Flaw Detector Calibration Regulations" and is mainly used for the s-time calibration/subsequent calibration of A-type display pulse ultrasonic flaw detectors (including digital ultrasonic flaw detectors). It is an ideal standard equipment for calibrating ultrasonic flaw detectors.

1、 Introduction:

The CTJ-6A ultrasonic flaw detector calibration device fully complies with JJG746-2024 "Ultrasonic Flaw Detector Calibration Regulations" and is mainly used for the s-time calibration/subsequent calibration of A-type display pulse ultrasonic flaw detectors (including digital ultrasonic flaw detectors). It is an ideal standard equipment for calibrating ultrasonic flaw detectors.

This device adopts a systematic integration of the signal generator, standard attenuator, fixed attenuator, oscilloscope required for ultrasonic flaw detector calibration, and uses digital adjustment. A Windows based user interface program has been developed to simplify the steps of instrument and equipment connection during the calibration process and reduce the impact of human factors on the calibration results.

2、 Technical features:

1. ▲ Built in Windows operating system, user-friendly interface makes it easier to get started when using;

The 13 inch true color screen display, combined with touch and mouse operation modes, provides a rich user experience and operational flexibility;

The combination of Windows system and standard hardware, combined with digital programmable settings, has achieved automated acquisition and analysis of ultrasonic flaw detectors, greatly improving work efficiency and simplifying the steps of connecting the tested object to the standard during the calibration process, reducing the impact of human factors on the calibration results;

4. ▲ Strong portability, integrated design, integrated signal generator, standard attenuator, fixed attenuator, oscilloscope in one machine, with programmable automation acquisition and analysis function, easy to carry, convenient for factory inspection and calibration of on-site and off-site ultrasonic flaw detectors;

5. ▲ It has the function of preventing misconnection. When the input/output ports of the ultrasonic flaw detector are not connected in the correct order with the ports of the calibration device (reversed connection), the calibration device will not be damaged. The signal input terminal of the calibration device can be directly connected to the high-voltage pulse output terminal of the ultrasonic flaw detector without damaging the calibration device;

6. ▲ After the verification is completed, the verification result data can be automatically generated, and the printer can be connected to print the data report;

7. Can save more than 500 verification results;

8. ▲ It has an Ethernet standard network port and can achieve networking function by inserting a network cable;
