Product Details

1、 Product Overview

This device is a specialized experimental equipment developed for oil and gas reservoirs (coal, shale, tight sandstone, etc.). It combines ultrasonic excitation technology with high-pressure isothermal adsorption experiments to study the adsorption of gas in reservoir media by ultrasonic fields /The impact of desorption behavior provides experimental support for the study of shale gas and coalbed methane production mechanisms and engineering process optimization.

The device integrates four core modules: constant temperature control, high-pressure loading, ultrasonic excitation, and data acquisition. It can achieve coupled simulation of ultrasonic field and adsorption process under constant temperature and graded pressure conditions. It has the characteristics of high working condition reduction degree, wide adjustable parameter range, and controllable experimental process.

(2) Core functions

1. Standard high-pressure isothermal adsorption experiment: It can independently carry out conventional high-pressure isothermal adsorption without ultrasonic excitation, and determine Langmuir adsorption constant and other fundamental parameters.

2. Ultrasonic excitation coupling adsorption experiment: Overlay ultrasonic field to study the influence of different ultrasonic parameters (frequency, power, action time) on the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of the medium.

3. Adjustable multi condition parameters: supports temperature, pressure, and ultrasonic power /The independent adjustment of frequency can simulate the coupling process under different reservoir conditions.

4. Parallel comparative experiment: supports simultaneous testing of multiple samples, can be conducted Conduct a comparative experiment with and without ultrasound stimulation to clarify the impact of ultrasound on adsorption behavior.
