Ultrasonic waves utilize the propagation of ultrasound in liquids, causing strong compression and stretching of the liquid in the ultrasound field, resulting in the formation of cavities. Cavitation causes cavities to constantly form, move, and explode. When the cavity is completely closed, a micro shock wave with high energy is generated from the center outward, forming a micro shock flow that fiercely impacts the washed parts, greatly reducing the adhesion of dirt. After a certain period of micro wave impact, the dirt is cleaned up. The tray filled with the cleaning material is driven by a stainless steel conveyor chain and first enters the water injection area. After being filled with water, it gradually enters the ultrasonic cleaning box (the water temperature of the water tank is automatically controlled at around 60 ℃). After passing through the ultrasonic transducer, the dirt is cleaned under the action of ultrasonic waves (the conveying speed can be adjusted according to the user's needs).
