Ultra wide dynamic range spectral radiance meter

Mature and reliable technology that ensures accuracy, speed, and flexibility!

Photo Research PR-1050 SpectraScanSpectral measuring instrumentBuilt on decades of engineering expertise and based on the industry-leading Photo Research7 series.PR-1050Ultra wide dynamic range spectral radiance meterHaving two key attributes that are essential for any spectral based photometric and chromatic measurement instrument - sensitivity and speed. In addition, to meet the demand for measuring near eye displays, the PR-1050 can also directly install augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) lenses to help users measure the light in the AR/VR target area.

PR-1050 is designed for applications that require precise measurement of various light sources, such as display monitors, projectors, reflectors, and industrial applications. Its dynamic range can reach an industry-leading 500000000:1, making it an ideal solution for measuring equipment output. This product can measure device output from black to all white without the need for external attenuation components or any changes to optical geometry.

The PR-1050 can be equipped with optional dedicated augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) lenses to assist users in measuring light in AR/VR target areas.

Since the early 1940s, Photo Research products have been the gold standard in the film industry. Since then, these products have produced films that have won numerous Academy Awards and continuously raised the standards for measuring light and color. Nowadays, Photo Research offers various photometers and Photo Research SpectraScan ® The spectral measuring instrument series products can measure the luminosity and chromaticity of light based on spectra. This series offers a variety of handheld portable models, covering various spectral ranges and resolutions, capable of measuring a range of light sources such as display monitors, projectors, reflectors, and industrial applications (visual display testing, LED testing, film and video post production, automotive/aerospace displays, and dental color testing).
