ElFys offers a range of high-performance black silicon photodiodes. This photodetector greatly improves the light collection efficiency by combining surface nanostructure technology with atomic layer deposition coating. The pioneering approach allows for near ideal external quantum efficiency from UV to NIR bands, enabling virtually every incident photon to be detected and converted into a measurable signal.
