1、 ZK series vulcanizing machine

1. Our factory's vulcanizing and repairing machines adopt a unique process and technology with a fully automatic precision digital display control system. The vulcanization temperature is uniform and accurate, the vulcanization pressure is uniform, and the operation is convenient. The whole machine is lightweight, one-third lighter than before. Reliable quality and long-lasting durability. Exceeding the advanced level of domestic and foreign peers.

2、 Upper and lower heating plates

Choose high-quality aluminum alloy materials, using American aluminum 7075 high-strength aviation aluminum plate, refined by special processes, its characteristics are:

1. Small in size, half lighter in weight, low in energy consumption, and fast in heating. After heating, the entire board surface has considerable flexibility and is more tightly attached to the tape than conventional machines. Under a pressure of 1.5MPa, its parallel tightness is not greater than 0.03mm, which is generally not available in conventional machines.

2. The heating at each point of the upper and lower heating plates is evenly distributed. After entering the insulation stage for 10 minutes, the temperature difference at each point of the working face is only ± 3 ℃~4 ℃, exceeding international standards.

3. The time from room temperature to vulcanization temperature (145 ℃) is no more than 25 minutes, and the power is half that of the same industry at home and abroad, with good energy-saving effect.

4. Vulcanized bonding or repair in one molding process, the bonding area is flat, smooth, and the fastness is no different from the original tape.

5. The heating layer and sandwich layer are integrated into one, with a simple structure and easy installation.

3、 Water cooling:

The heating layer is equipped with an internationally advanced DC water cooling circulation device. Quickly cool from a high temperature of 145 ℃ to 70 ℃ in just 5 minutes, accelerate the bonding process, improve the strength of the belt joint, and maintain the belt joint.

4、 Handle:

The handle has ZK soft connection characteristics, which do not burn hands when operated at high temperatures. The appearance is chrome plated, bright and beautiful, and small and exquisite.

5、 Water pressure plate:

1. The water pressure plate is refined using international advanced technology. Due to its special structure, the overall pressure is uniform. After numerous high-pressure tests, the water pressure plate has undergone 1.875MPa and 30min high-pressure tests without any leakage, exceeding international standards.

2. This water pressure plate can be used for both water pressure and air pressure.

6、 Power cord inlet plug:

The power input adopts a specially designed five core integrated flat plug, which changes the drawbacks of conventional multi wire and multi plug, and truly achieves the simplification of circuit integration.

7、 Fully automatic electrical control box:

1. The electrical components of the fully automatic control box are selected from Panasonic Corporation in Japan, with LCD digital display intuitive instruments of good quality and durability. Digital and indicator light display, preset vulcanization time and temperature, fully automatic operation of the entire vulcanization process, alarm light on, automatic completion of work.

2. The full-automatic LCD digital display temperature control box is exquisite and small, and adopts advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology, dust-proof and waterproof integrated cover, which can adapt to the operation in sand, rainstorm, scorching sun and other adverse weather.

3. Equipped with overload and short-circuit leakage protection performance, the leakage automatic switch ensures personal safety.

4. Due to the integration of circuits, automation of operating procedures, and unified plugs and sockets, this electrical control box can be used interchangeably with all vulcanizing machines and repair machines in our factory. Conventional machines do not have this performance.

8、 Pull rod and nut:

The pull rod and nut are made of high steel material, which is lightweight, high-strength, and easy to operate.
