Ultra high pressure microcomputer controlled pressure testing machine YAW-10000

The YAW-10000 ultra-high pressure microcomputer controlled pressure testing machine is mainly used for compression performance testing of metal, non-metal materials, building materials, and large structural components, as well as three-point bending and four point bending tests of large structural components. The testing machine adopts a combination of computer technology, differential hydraulic servo technology, and fully digital measurement and control system. Three closed-loop control methods, including test force, displacement, and deformation, have been implemented, and the three control methods can be smoothly switched during the test process.

The YAW-10000 ultra-high pressure microcomputer controlled pressure testing machine consists of a base, crossbeam, four columns, feeding trolley, transmission device, etc. The frame has high rigidity and strength, small deformation, and meets the requirements of testing and inspection. The crossbeam is driven by a motor, and the testing space is infinitely adjustable, making it convenient for testing needs at different heights. The feeding trolley adopts electric mode, with the oil cylinder placed above the base. The trolley is pushed into the testing space by the remote control, and the piston lifts the trolley to complete the test, saving time, effort, and convenience.
