Overview

The Celetrix ultra-high voltage bacterial and yeast electroporation instrument UHV adopts a new sealed and pressurized electric shock tube design: a uniform electric field is applied from the tube cover to the tube bottom. It can withstand the pressure of gas generated by electric rotation, compress bubbles at the moment of electric rotation, and ensure uniform electric field.

CeletrixUltra high pressure bacterial and yeast electroporation instrumentUHVessential information:

Brand: Celetrix;

Model: UHV;

Item number: 11-0201

CeletrixUltra high pressure bacterial and yeast electroporation instrumentUHVProduct advantages:

1. The interface is simple and easy to operate;

2. Yeast electroporation can adapt to 20ul, 100ul, 200ul, and 1ml;

3. Bacterial electroporation can adapt to 20ul, 100ul, 600ul;

4. No arc, no need for arc extinguishing detection with other instruments;

5. New sealed and pressurized electric shock tube design: uniform electric field from the tube cover to the tube bottom. Can withstand the pressure of gas generated by electric rotation, compress bubbles at the moment of electric rotation, and ensure uniform electric field;

6. Allow high concentration plasmids in the electrolyte without fear of small amounts of salt;

7. The setting of electric pulse parameters is convenient, and the internal circuit responds quickly. Once the setting is complete, it can be started and the electric rotation can be completed instantly.

Why does UHV Transformer have a voltage several times higher than traditional bacterial electroporation instruments, but it does not generate arcs?

The electrode cup is a wrong design, as there is a bubble effect inside, causing the positive and negative electrodes to directly connect and generate an arc. The Celetrix pressurized electric shock tube cannot directly connect the positive and negative poles, so there is no arc in principle, and there is no need to detect the arc and cut it off like other old-fashioned instruments.
