The XG/UZ-CZ magnetostrictive level gauge is a unique and highly accurate magnetic sensor that can perform continuous liquid level and interface measurement, and provide analog signal output for monitoring and control. It has an induction resolution that is more than 10 times higher than traditional reed transmitters. The basic structure includes electronic conversion components equipped with signal processing and induction electronic components installed in stainless steel tubes. The magnetostrictive level gauge can be installed as a whole on the top of the tank or installed on its upper part through the tank side outlet pipe. The sensing electronic component can measure the position of the magnetic float rising or falling due to changes in the liquid level, and the electronic conversion component is processed by the microprocessor into a two-wire analog signal output. Because the housing containing electronic components is installed at the end of the sensor tube and has a special assembly structure, it can be applied at high temperatures. The output standard two-wire 4-20mA signal makes it easy for users to calibrate the actual measurement range of the liquid level on site through the three buttons on the instrument. The intelligent transmitter is designed to be easy to use and calibrate, and can also be used in conjunction with the UZ type magnetic liquid level gauge.
