RSA306B provides comprehensive spectrum analysis and in-depth signal analysis capabilities, which are unmatched by any previous product in terms of price. By utilizing the latest commercial interfaces and computing capabilities, RSA306B separates signal acquisition and measurement, significantly reducing the cost of instrument hardware. Data analysis, storage, and playback are all conducted on computers, tablets, or laptops. By managing the PC separately from the collection hardware, it is easy to upgrade the computer and minimize IT management issues.
RSA306B runs SignalVu-PC, which is the foundation of Tektronix's high-performance signal analyzer. SignalVu PC provides in-depth analysis capabilities that were not previously available in economical solutions. The real-time processing of DPX spectra/3D spectra is performed on a computer, further reducing hardware costs. Customers who require programming access to the instrument can choose either the SignalVu PC programming interface or the standard application programming interface (API), which provides a rich set of command and measurement functions. In addition, MATLAB drivers are provided for the API, which can be used together with MATLAB and the instrument control toolbox.
The DataVu PC software can control two spectrum analyzers simultaneously using independent settings. You can monitor wide bandwidth and record data at any frequency within the instrument range with a maximum bandwidth of 40 MHz. Once the recording is complete, DataVu PC can search and mark the signals of interest based on the amplitude and frequency template characteristics, without the need to manually check long records. Provide pulse measurement on up to 2000000 pulses.
The basic functions of the free SignalVu PC program are far more than just basic features. The following table summarizes the measurements included in the SignalVu PC free software.
