UQK float level switch/controller is suitable for controlling the liquid level in open or pressurized containers during industrial production processes. When the liquid level reaches the high and low limit positions, the travel switch contact can be used as a switch in the signal alarm device circuit.
The UQK float level switch consists of a float component, a travel switch component, and a housing. A pair of rigid magnetic steel plates are installed at the end of the float and on the travel switch assembly. When the floating ball rises and falls within the action limit with the change of liquid level, the magnetic steel at its end also swings up and down. The non-magnetic shell pushes the magnetic steel on the travel switch component to move, so that the output contacts are correspondingly connected or disconnected, controlling the post signal device to emit light or sound signals. When the float rises and falls with the liquid level, the output contact will only be turned on or off when it is in the upper and lower limit positions of the action limit, and no signal will be generated during the rise and fall process. The floating ball of the controller is made of 1Gr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. The float component of the controller and the travel switch component are isolated from each other, thus avoiding defects such as leakage in general liquid level instruments.
