Overview

The basic introduction of floating ball level gauge: UQD floating ball level transmitter consists of magnetic floating ball, measuring conduit, measuring element, circuit unit, and junction box. The floating ball changes synchronously with the liquid level, and through magnetic coupling, the resistance inside the sensor changes linearly. Then, the circuit board converts the resistance value into a standard current signal output, realizing remote detection and control of the measured liquid. Generally, it is top mounted, but other installation methods can also be chosen. For anti-corrosion type, the main parameters of the floating ball level gauge can be selected. The measurement medium is compatible with all liquids, with a measurement range of 200-6000mm and a measurement accuracy of 10mm. The working pressure is 2.5MPa, the working temperature is -40~450 ℃, the non condensing medium has a specific gravity of 0.45g/cm, and the environmental temperature is -40~85 ℃.
