1. The system has fully automatic control: automatic on/off/system self check/water pressure protection/power outage protection/water shortage protection/water tank water shortage/automatic water production/full water automatic shutdown, safety automatic lock and other independently developed multifunctional main control systems for ultra pure water machines;

2. The system automatically flushes, displays the operating status and parameters online (such as flow rate, pressure, water quality, etc.), and has data storage and external printing functions (optional);

3. It has automatic detection, protection, alarm and processing functions for abnormal states such as water outage, power outage, overload, etc;

4. To prevent the growth of system bacteria and the deterioration of water quality, the pretreatment unit has night standby flushing and regeneration functions, and the reverse osmosis unit has automatic flushing and standby pulsating flushing functions;

5. In order to ensure emergency water supply, the equipment has * emergency water supply function;

6. Adopting imported membrane, ion removal rate ≥ 99.5%, organic matter removal rate ≥ 99.8%;

7. The system integrates pre-treatment system, reverse osmosis system, and ultra purification system, and the effluent quality meets national standards such as GB/T6682-2008, GB33087, GB11446.1-2013, etc;

8. Special program software can be optionally selected to achieve remote monitoring and fault analysis functions, providing a basis for fault diagnosis, and can be connected to the customer service center.

2. The standard configuration of the cabinet is carbon steel spray coating, which can be upgraded to a stainless steel cabinet;

3. Upgradeable configuration: Full stainless steel configuration (suffix letter "B" must be added to the equipment model), EDI system (suffix letter "E" must be added to the equipment model), 304 stainless steel (ordinary/sterile) water tank, PLC+touch screen human-computer interaction, UV digestion instrument, water leakage protection, remote monitoring, etc;

4. According to the water demand of users, the terminal water point can be equipped with UPHW and ULPHW series ultrapure water machines, which can increase the effluent to 18.2M Ω· cm, meeting the water requirements of HPLC, IC, MC, ICP, GC, TOC analysis, ultra trace and trace inorganic, organic matter, DNA sequence analysis, cell culture, electrophoresis, etc;

5. If the inlet water pressure is less than 1.5Kg/c ㎡, it is necessary to change the pipeline and install a source water tank;

6. The structure and color of the image model are for reference only, and the actual product upon arrival shall prevail.
