Product Details

ULTRAMAT 23 is a multi-component analyzer that uses NDIR (non dispersive infrared) technology. This analyzer can measure up to three infrared gas components and is very space saving for installation. This analyzer has a unique function of using air for zero point automatic calibration. Additionally, span calibration only needs to be performed using standard gas every 3-6 months.
----The pure text menu prompts operation, making it convenient for operators and maintenance personnel to read information. Preventive maintenance can also be carried out using the information in the log table.
----The use of multi-layer detectors and modular detection components ensures the flexibility of analyzer parameter selection and reduces the interference of water vapor. The measuring elements used are designed to be corrosion-resistant, making it easy to clean even in the event of contamination caused by problems with the sample pretreatment system.
----The air chamber is also designed to be sturdy and easy to clean.
By using the NDIR (non dispersive infrared) method, one or more infrared absorbing gas components (up to 3 types) with infrared absorption spectra in the range of 2-9 Μ M can be continuously and selectively measured. For example, according to the needs of the gas appliance industry, CO, CO2, NO, and O2 gases can be measured separately. The environmental protection industry often measures CO, NO, SO2, and O2, and ULTRAMAT 23 can also add an electrochemical O2 measurement channel.
Key Features:
1) The air self calibration function (depending on the measured component) has high efficiency in the calibration process and does not require specialized standard gases or accessories.
2) Multi layer detection ensures high accuracy and small lateral sensitivity
3) The sampling unit is easy to clean, reducing maintenance costs
4) Menu assisted operation with simple text format, which can be controlled without using a manual and is very safe.
5) Maintenance information and record manuals, preventive maintenance, can help maintenance and upkeep personnel reduce costs.
6) Open interface structure (RS 485, RS 232, PROFIBUS, SIPROM GA); Simplified process integration, remote control, data can be imported into other systems.
7) Continuous online gas analysis.
Online gas analyzer is mainly used for continuously detecting the concentration values of one or several gases in a mixed gas, in order to facilitate the control and monitoring of the process flow.
According to different specific applications, Siemens' online analyzer adopts various physical or electrochemical measurement techniques.
Siemens process gas analyzers have been operating in the process industry for thirty years, renowned for their instrument quality, reliability, and measurement accuracy. Siemens offers two types of continuous process gas analysis instruments: sampling and in-situ installation, providing the most suitable solutions for different applications: probe sampling or in-situ measurement rack installation and on-site installation, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, and various communication types
For all 6-series process analyzers and ULTRAMAT23 analyzers, Ethernet can be used as a common communication platform through TCP/IP protocol or PROFIBUS DP and PROFIBUS PA fieldbus systems. Thus, the analyzer can be easily connected to the upper control system, laying a solid foundation for system integration automation and analysis solutions.
