Product Introduction: This testing machine is used for bending tests on UL62-R power cords. Meet the requirements of section 5.1.14 of UL62-2010 standard, section 7.9.2 of UL2556-2007, and section 51B of UL507-2010.

1. Provide 6 test samples, with each wire length specified according to the testing equipment

2. The wire should be applied with a voltage of 300V, and different load currents should be applied according to the size and wire type of the non-conductive material, and different time delay fuses should be connected.

3. Bend 3100 times at a speed of 20 turns per minute.

4. Apply a weight of 110g at a distance of 305mm from the bending point on the wire.

5. The wires must not have poor electrical performance such as damage, open circuit, short circuit, etc. The conductor breakage rate should be less than or equal to 10%, the inner conductor should not penetrate the insulation layer, and there should be no shielding exposure.
