1、 Product Overview
The UHZ magnetic flap level gauge is a liquid level detection instrument designed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling, consisting of core components such as the body, magnetic float, flap box, etc. Real time visual monitoring of liquid level is achieved by driving the red and white dual color flipping column through magnetic coupling. Suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosive medium liquid level measurement in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, etc., it has the characteristics of high sealing, explosion-proof and anti-corrosion, and no blind spot measurement.

1. High reliability design
Made of 304 stainless steel or PTFE lining material, resistant to strong acids (such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid), strong alkalis, and organic solvents corrosion.
The explosion-proof level meets the requirements of high-risk chemical environments, and the protection level reaches IP66 and 67.
2. Intelligent display and control
The red and white dual color flip column intuitively indicates the liquid level, supports on-site angle adjustment, and has no blind spots in reading.
Optional 4~20mA remote transmission signal, alarm switch (upper and lower limit control), and HART protocol module.
3. Wide range working condition adaptation
The measurement range supports multiple installation methods including side mounted, top mounted, and bottom mounted.
High temperature and high-pressure models meet the requirements of special working conditions.
