The HY-UHZ floating ball level gauge mainly consists of three parts: magnetic levitation ball, sensor, and transmitter. The float level gauge uses 304 stainless steel, PVC, PTFE and other materials as protective tubes and installation fasteners; For highly corrosive media, polytetrafluoroethylene is sintered on the surface of the contact medium metal protective tube and floating ball to ensure that the liquid level instrument is not corroded. According to user requirements, pre-set magnetic sensors are set, and the float changes the preset state of the magnetic sensor and sends on/off signals as the liquid level moves up and down, achieving monitoring of the liquid level.
The HY-UHZ float level gauge is suitable for industries such as refining, chemical, papermaking, food, and pharmaceuticals. It can also be used for measuring the liquid level of media in sewage treatment and various open or pressurized containers. It is particularly ideal for measuring the liquid level of underground storage tanks and high-rise water tanks. The liquid level gauge is made of stainless steel or anti-corrosion materials and has explosion-proof protection performance.
When the HY-UHZ floating ball level gauge floats up and down along the conduit with the change of the liquid level, the magnetic steel inside the floating ball attracts the reed switch at the corresponding position in the sensor, causing the total resistance value of the sensor to change. Then, the transmitter converts the changed resistance signal into a 4-20mA electrical signal output, and remotely measures the liquid level through a digital control instrument or a light column digital display instrument. The upper and lower limit alarms can be set on the display instrument to achieve remote digital control of the liquid level. The computer control system for constant liquid level regulation can also be composed of other regulators to achieve PID continuous remote control of the liquid level.
