XG/USGS/UNS quartz tube level gauge：

The XG/UGS/UNS series color quartz tube level gauge is developed using new high technology both domestically and internationally. It is an upgraded product of ordinary glass plate level gauges and is widely used in various transparent liquid containers and boilers in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, etc. For example, liquid level measurement of oil and chemical raw materials such as water, gasoline, liquefied gas, liquid ammonia, propane, propylene, aromatic hydrocarbons, acids, etc. It is also suitable for interface measurement of two different medium densities. Color liquid meters are installed on various containers and boilers to directly observe changes in liquid level. The liquid phase display appears green, the gas phase display appears red, and the interface measurement shows a three color interface. The contrast between liquid and gas displays is significant, making it clear and distinct during long-distance observation and nighttime patrols. The colored quartz tube level gauge successfully overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary plate level gauges, such as being bulky, having a large sealing area, prone to leakage, unclear display, and difficult to judge at close range.

The XG/UGS series quartz tube level gauge has the same characteristics and working principle as the UNS series, but the difference is that the two ends of the level gauge are connected by three-way flanges without safety devices, while the UNS series has specialized valves and safety devices for the level gauge at both ends.

Structural principle：

The XG/UGS (UNS) series color quartz tube level gauge utilizes the principle of natural light refraction and reflection in liquid, and uses red and green plates to display green in the liquid phase and red in the gas phase during measurement. Due to the large contrast in liquid and gas phase display, the indication is clear and distinct.
