UGD series monochrome quartz glass tube level gauge

The U G D series monochrome quartz glass tube level gauge is a new type of level gauge that combines the advantages of glass tube level gauge, quartz glass tube level gauge, glass plate level gauge, and boiler level gauge. It overcomes the disadvantages of glass tube level gauges such as being afraid of breakage, not sturdy, unsafe, not pressure resistant, unclear display, and low operating temperature, and can to some extent replace high-temperature glass plate level gauges, high-pressure small density magnetic float level gauges, and blind spot level gauges. Moreover, compared to liquid level gauges with the same characteristics, it is more affordable and can adjust the visual direction and center distance, making it a new type of liquid level gauge widely used in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, military, and food.

The U G D series monochrome quartz glass tube level gauge consists of a body, quartz tube, upper and lower valves, and a drain valve. The upper and lower valves are eccentric right angle needle valves, which are easy to clean. The flange of the liquid level gauge is connected to the flange on the container to form a connector. Using the principle of connector and the principle of natural light being refracted and reflected in the liquid, in the gas phase, natural light directly passes through the quartz tube and is emitted from the visual window. In the liquid phase, natural light directly passes through the quartz tube and is absorbed by the opaque medium, presenting the natural color of the medium. In this way, the interface between gas and liquid is clearly distinguishable.
