It has broad-spectrum applicability to all solutions such as emulsions and suspensions, and is suitable for drying heat sensitive substances such as biological products, biopharmaceuticals, enzyme preparations, etc. Because the sprayed material is only subjected to high temperature when sprayed into mist like particles, it is only instantly heated and can maintain the active ingredients of these active materials without damage after drying.

1. This product adopts a bipolar cyclone separation and recovery system, which improves the recovery rate of the product.

2. It adopts a large color touch screen operation and comes with a built-in memory function.

3. Full automatic control: one button startup, after setting the spray process parameters, the touch screen displays the running animation, and the running process is clearly displayed; When shutting down, simply press the stop button and the machine will automatically shut down safely.

4. Manual control: If it is necessary to adjust the process parameters during the experiment, it can be easily switched to manual mode, and the entire experiment process is dynamically displayed on the color touch screen (animation).

5. Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will stop running except for the fan. The equipment will not burn out the heating part due to misoperation (forcibly shutting down the fan).

The spray, drying and collection system is made of transparent high borosilicate heat-resistant glass material, so that the spray drying process can be carried out in a pollution-free and stable environment, and the entire spray drying experiment process can be directly observed, which provides convenience for scientific researchers to control the experiment process and experimental results, and can find and solve problems in a timely manner.
