Calibrate temperature sensor: Use a standard thermometer to calibrate the temperature sensor inside the test chamber to ensure accurate temperature measurement.

Set safety protection functions: According to the test requirements, set the safety protection functions of the test box, such as over temperature alarm, leakage protection, etc. Ensure that the equipment can promptly alert and take corresponding measures in case of abnormal situations.

Prepare the sample: Place the sample to be tested in the test chamber, paying attention to the placement and quantity of the samples, ensuring that there is sufficient gap between the sample and the inner wall of the test chamber to ensure smooth hot air circulation.

Power on preheating: According to the equipment manual, turn on the power supply of the test chamber and preheat it. During the preheating process, observe whether the equipment is running normally, and promptly handle any abnormal situations.

Set test procedure: According to the test requirements, set the test procedure, including heating rate, cooling rate, insulation time, etc. Ensure that the experimental program settings are correct and error free.

Start the experiment: According to the set test procedure, start the test chamber for cold and hot shock testing. During the experiment, closely monitor the operating status of the equipment and promptly handle any abnormal situations.

Record data: During the experiment, record the temperature changes, fault alarms, and other information of the sample. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.

End of experiment: After the experiment is completed, turn off the power of the test chamber and remove the sample. Conduct visual inspection and performance testing on the samples to evaluate their reliability and stability under cold and hot shock environments.

Analyze data: Based on the recorded data, analyze the performance of the sample under cold and hot shock environments, identify possible problems and improvement directions.

Maintenance: Regularly maintain the test chamber, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts. Ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment.
