This unit is used for blowing high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic films. Widely used in the packaging of household and industrial products such as food, clothing, textiles, and daily necessities.
The extruder, barrel, and screw of this unit are all made of high-quality alloy steel, which has undergone nitriding treatment and precision machining, and has excellent hardness and corrosion resistance. The specially designed screw has high output and good plasticization. The host adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which increases the stability of the host speed regulation. The screw barrel is made of 38 chromium molybdenum aluminum, which has been nitrided. The traction frame adopts a lifting type, which can achieve the best cooling effect regardless of blowing large or small size films. The winding adopts independent large rubber rollers for single or double winding, and can be equipped with edge opening and edge winding devices. It is also equipped with a rotating touch head for better film blowing effect
