The extruder, barrel, and screw of this unit are all made of high-quality alloy steel, which has undergone nitriding treatment and precision machining, and has excellent hardness and corrosion resistance. The specially designed screw has high output and good plasticization. The host adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which increases the stability of the host speed regulation. The screw barrel is made of 38 chromium molybdenum aluminum and treated with nitriding. The winding adopts independent central torque winding, equipped with a rotating probe for better blown film effect
