Two door cold and hot shock test chamberThe system structure is divided into two parts: high temperature tank and low temperature tank. The sample is placed in the basket, and the temperature in the high or low temperature zone during impact is driven up and down by a high-pressure cylinder to lift the basket for temperature impact, thereby achieving the purpose of drastic temperature changes. The test product is dynamic.
This temperature shock test is suitable for assessing the ability of complete machine products, components, parts, materials, etc. to withstand rapid temperature changes. It is used to evaluate the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the test sample in the shortest possible time, and can understand the impact of temperature changes on the test sample one or multiple times in a row. The main parameters that affect the temperature change test are the high and low temperature values within the temperature change range, the holding time of the test sample at high and low temperatures, and the number of cycles of the test. The thermal shock box is electronic, LED, Testing equipment for materials industries such as metal, plastic, rubber, coatings, paints, electronics, etc.
