Introduction to tunneling machine products

The tunneling machine is mainly used for coal rock hardnessf≤60 MPa(undeveloped joints)f≤100 MPaExcavation of coal tunnels, semi coal rock tunnels, and rock tunnels with developed joints. It can also be used in tunnels such as railways, highways, and hydraulic engineering. Through the use of two transport machines, it can be matched with dump trucks, shuttle trucks, belt conveyors, etc., enabling continuous cutting, loading, and transportation operations.

Working conditions of tunneling machine

(1)Altitude not exceeding2000m;

(2)ambient temperature-20℃～+40℃;

(3)The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not greater than90%(+25℃);

(4)In mines with gas, coal dust, or other explosive gas environments;

(5)The installation slope with respect to the vertical plane shall not exceed18°；

(6)In an environment without damaging the insulation with gases or vapors;

(7)No areas with long-term continuous water leakage;

(8)class of pollution:3Grade;

(9)Installation category: Class III.

Performance characteristics of tunneling machine

(1).All electrical control equipment has obtained explosion-proof inspection certificates;

(2).The tunneling machine is equipped with a starting alarm device and front and rear lighting fixtures;

(3).The transmission systems of the cutting and shipping mechanisms are equipped with overload protection devices;

(4).The start stop sequence between the oil pump motor, cutting motor, and secondary motor is equipped with a locking device in the electronic control system;

(5).The hydraulic system is equipped with filtering devices and protective devices such as pressure, oil temperature, and oil level displays;

(6).The electronic control system is equipped with emergency cut-off and locking devices, and an emergency stop button is also installed on the other side of the driver's seat;

(7).The roadheader is equipped with an internal and external spray system, filtering device and protection function.
