Product Details
WG type triple high-pressure single lever consolidation instrument
1、 WG type triple high-pressure single lever consolidation instrument Application:
The WG series consolidation instrument is used for soil compression testing, detecting the relationship between soil pressure and deformation, calculating soil unit sedimentation, compression index, rebound index, and consolidation coefficient. TWJ-1 geotechnical data acquisition and processing software can be installed to achieve data collection. A dial gauge can also be used for manual reading. Note: This device does not include a dial gauge.
2、 Main technical parameters of WG type triple high-pressure single lever consolidation instrument:
1. Load pressure: 12.5Kpa-3200Kpa/30cm2, 12.5Kpa-1600Kpa/50cm2;
2. Load arm: 20:1 and 24:1 (using bearing type, can be transported multiple times to ensure accurate and non deformed bearing lever ratio);
3. Sample area: 30cm2 and 502 specimens;
4. Instrument structure: all steel structure;
5. Three sets of consolidation containers: the brass plate is stamped and formed in one go to ensure no water leakage. The meter rod and meter clamp are installed on the platform to ensure easy loading and unloading of soil samples. The container can be disassembled flexibly without being affected by the dial gauge and sensor.
3、 Instructions for using WG type triple high-pressure consolidation instrument:
1. Place the instrument steadily and position the lever between the lifting brackets to prevent friction.
2. Prepare the soil sample according to the geotechnical experimental procedures, put it into the protective ring, and place it on the permeable stone in the container. Then place the permeable stone, pressure plate, and steel ball on the upper end, place them in the center of the pressure frame, and install the dial gauge. Rotate the handwheel clockwise to raise the lifting rod to its peak, then rotate it counterclockwise for 1-2 turns. Align the pressure head with the steel ball and adjust the nut at the lower end of the pull rod so that the container can be freely removed and placed when the frame is raised. Then, according to the geotechnical operating procedures, apply a preloading load of 1KPa (25.5g for a 30cm ² sample). Make the pointer read zero. In the future, load according to the regulations step by step (remove the preload weight before loading).
3. After loading, often observe the sinking of the lever or rotate the handwheel counterclockwise as needed to adjust the lifting rod to maintain the balance of the lever (it can be adjusted slightly higher before the next level of loading to reduce the tilt angle of the lever). At this time, generally do not rotate the handwheel clockwise to prevent gap vibration of the soil sample.
4、 Maintenance and upkeep of WG type triple high-pressure consolidation instrument:
After each use, the instrument should be wiped clean. If it is estimated to be unused for a long time, a thin layer of grease should be applied to the metal surface to prevent rusting.
2. The weight plate is used as the primary load, so the instrument is starting to level. Please do not hang it.
5、 Operating procedures for WG type triple high-pressure consolidation instrument:
1. Place the instrument steadily with the lever between the lowering brackets to prevent friction.
2. Take a soil sample with a soil cutter, level both ends, install a protective ring, and place it in a container on top of a water permeable stone. Then place the water permeable stone, pressure plate, and steel ball on the top, place them in a pressure frame, and install a gauge.
3. Rotate the handwheel clockwise to raise the lifting rod to its peak, then rotate it counterclockwise for 1-2 turns to align the pressure head with the steel ball. Adjust the nut at the lower end of the pull rod so that the container can be freely removed and placed when the frame is raised. Then, apply the preloading load according to the geotechnical operating procedures, adjust the gauge pointer to "zero", and gradually increase the load (remove the preloading weight).
4. During the loading process, the water bubbles should be continuously observed and the handwheel should be rotated counterclockwise to maintain the balance of the lever. At this time, it is strictly forbidden to rotate the handwheel clockwise to prevent gap vibration of the soil sample.
5. After the work is completed, all instruments should be wiped clean, and usage records and registrations should be made. It is estimated that if there is no need for a long time, the surface should be coated with grease to prevent rusting.
6. During the work process, if a malfunction occurs, the machine should be immediately shut down for maintenance, and maintenance records and registrations should be kept.
