Transparent sealing film

AiseinTransparent sealing filmIt is a sealed consumable designed specifically for high-precision molecular biology experiments, widely used in experimental scenarios such as PCR, qPCR, ELISA, etc. It can effectively prevent sample evaporation and cross contamination, and ensure the stability of the reaction system.

Core features:

High transparency: Made of optically transparent polyolefin or polypropylene material, with a transmittance of over 90%, suitable for fluorescence quantitative detection and will not interfere with fluorescence signal readings.

Excellent sealing performance: using pressure-sensitive adhesive, it can form an airtight seal after bonding, withstand temperature changes from -80 ℃ to 120 ℃, suitable for high-temperature thermal cycling (such as PCR) and long-term freezing.

Easy to operate: Self adhesive design, can be used manually or in conjunction with semi-automatic/fully automatic film sealers, some models support repeated tearing and pasting, suitable for independent sealing of detachable enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay plates.

Non polluting material: The product is usually RNase/DNase free, without heat source, to avoid interference with sensitive experiments.

Usage suggestion:

Before applying the film, ensure that the surface of the orifice plate is clean and dry to avoid dust or liquids affecting the bonding.

Slowly adhere from one end, gently press the edge with a hard card to eliminate bubbles and enhance sealing.

If long-term storage or automated processing is required, it is recommended to use heat sealing film in conjunction with a heat sealing device.
