It has high transparency, excellent sealing, and good biocompatibility, and is widely used in fluorescence detection, high-throughput screening, and automated experimental processes.

1. Characteristics:

Optical transparency, transmittance>90%: Made of high-quality polyolefin or polypropylene materials, ensuring accurate signal reading in fluorescence quantitative PCR without spontaneous fluorescence interference, compatible with mainstream instruments such as ABI and Roche.

Pressure sensitive adhesive, easy to operate: no heating required, manual or semi-automatic/fully automatic film sealer can complete the film application, supports repeated tearing without residue, suitable for independent sealing of detachable enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay plates.

Wide temperature resistance range: can stably withstand temperature changes from -80 ℃ to 120 ℃, suitable for high-temperature thermal cycling (such as PCR) and long-term freezing.

High sealing and anti evaporation: The liquid evaporation rate after standard qPCR procedure is ≤ 3%, effectively preventing concentration deviation in small volume reaction systems.

Non polluting material: The product is usually RNase/DNase free and has no heat source to avoid interference with sensitive experiments.
