Base installation: Suitable for floor mounted radiators, with a flat foundation and sufficient strength. Rubber/spring vibration pads are laid under the base, with horizontal/vertical orientation ≤ 1/1000.

Wall mounted/bracket installation: The wall/column needs to bear weight and be reinforced with diagonal arm brackets. Leave maintenance space between the fan and the wall to avoid resonance.

Lifting: Only suitable for small fans, with vibration reduction hangers on both sides of the center of gravity, with a suspension rod of ≥ 12 and a spring damper at the top, maintaining a gap of 50-100mm with the outer shell.

General installation points

• Vibration isolation: Prioritize installing vibration damping pads/dampers to control vibration values ≤ 4.5mm/s.

• Airflow organization: coaxial with the heat dissipation channel ≤ 3 °, avoiding backflow and eddy currents.

• Electrical safety: Certified electrician wiring, correct phase sequence, reliable grounding, terminal insulation and waterproofing.

• Trial operation: jog to confirm the steering, run continuously for 2 hours without any abnormalities (motor temperature ≤ 60 ℃, no abnormal noise, no air leakage).
