UHV-310Transformer deformation winding testerBased on the measurement of the characteristic parameters of the internal winding of the transformer, the internal fault frequency response analysis (FRA) method currently being developed by developed countries in the world is used to accurately determine the internal faults of the transformer.
After the completion of transformer design and manufacturing, its coil and internal structure are determined. Therefore, for a multi winding transformer coil, if the voltage level is the same and the winding method is the same, the corresponding parameters (Ci, Li) for each coil should be determined. Therefore, the frequency domain characteristic response of each coil is also determined, and the corresponding frequency spectra between the three-phase coils have a certain comparability.
During the testing process, the transformer may experience inter turn or inter phase short circuits, or collisions during transportation, resulting in relative displacement of the coils. Additionally, during operation, the distribution parameters of the transformer winding may change due to electromagnetic tension caused by short circuits and faults. Furthermore, it affects and alters the original frequency domain characteristics of the transformer, such as amplitude changes in frequency response and harmonic frequency point shifts. The transformer winding tester developed based on response analysis method is a novel non-destructive testing equipment for internal faults of transformers. It is suitable for internal structural fault detection of 63kV~500kV power transformers.

Product Features
1. The hardware core adopts DDS dedicated digital high-speed scanning technology to accurately diagnose faults such as winding distortion, bulging, displacement, tilting, inter turn short circuit deformation, and phase to phase contact short circuit.
2. The acquisition control adopts highly integrated microprocessors, selects precision and high stability components, and uses high-speed dual channel 16 bit A/D sampling (on-site testing changes the tap changer, and the waveform curve changes significantly). The same phase is repeatedly tested, and the measurement repetition rate is above 99.5%.
3. The instrument has dual measurement system functions of linear sweep frequency measurement and segmented sweep frequency measurement, and is compatible with the measurement modes of two current domestic technology schools.
4. During the testing process, only the connecting busbar of the transformer needs to be removed, and all tests can be completed without lifting or disassembling the transformer.
5. When measuring transformers, wiring personnel can freely arrange signal input and output leads without affecting the measurement results. Wiring personnel can stay on top of the transformer oil tank without having to come down, reducing labor intensity.
6. The amplitude frequency characteristics comply with the technical specifications of the national amplitude frequency characteristic tester. The horizontal axis (frequency) has two types of divisions: linear division and logarithmic division, so the printed curve can be a linear division curve or a logarithmic division curve, and users can choose according to their actual needs.
7Transformer deformation winding testerThe level of intelligence is high, and the signal output amplitude is automatically range adjusted by software, with a peak amplitude of ± 10V, and the sampling frequency is automatically adjusted.
8. The instrument has multiple frequency linear sweep measurement system measurement functions. The scanning frequency of linear sweep measurement can reach up to 1MHz, and the frequency scanning interval can be divided into 0.25kHz, 0.5kHz, and 1kHz, providing more analysis of transformer deformation.

Provide comparative analysis of historical curves, which can simultaneously load multiple historical curves for observation, and can specifically select any curve for horizontal and vertical analysis. Equipped with an expert intelligent analysis and diagnosis system, it can automatically diagnose the status of transformer windings, load 6 curves at the same time, automatically calculate the relevant parameters of each curve, diagnose the deformation of windings automatically, and provide diagnostic reference conclusions.
10. Software management function *, fully considering the needs of on-site use, automatically saves environmental condition parameters to provide a basis for transformer winding deformation diagnosis. Automatic analysis and storage of measurement data, and generation of electronic documents (Word) for saving, with color printing function, making it convenient for users to generate test reports.
