Working principle: The coal sampling machine for automobiles entering the factory is mainly composed of a sampling head (spiral drilling sampling machine), a feeder, a crusher, a shrinkage sampler, and a residual coal processing system. Firstly, the coal sample is extracted by a drilling spiral sampling machine, and then fed into a crusher through a closed feeding system. After crushing, it enters a reduced sample collector, and the reduced coal sample enters the sample collector. The excess coal sample is returned to the vehicle or directly discharged back to the coal yard by the residual coal processing system.
