Customized laboratory high-temperature furnace is a type of furnace that uses high-quality vacuum fiber for good insulation effect, fast heating speed, significant energy saving and energy saving. It can be used for sintering, heating, thermal analysis and heat treatment in enterprises and institutions such as coal, chemical, metallurgical, building materials, scientific research units, and college laboratories. Meets the requirements of the national standard (GB212-2008).
Customized laboratory high-temperature furnace features:
Heat from both sides and the top three sides of the furnace to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The double-layer furnace shell structure is stable; The furnace shell is made of high-quality cold plate and stainless steel plate materials with electrostatic spraying. The use of high-quality vacuum fiber furnace has good insulation effect, fast heating speed, significant energy saving and energy-saving. Compared with traditional muffle furnace, it saves 1/2 of time and 2/3 of electricity. Can be used to quickly determine the ash content and volatile matter of coal, and fix carbon.
Meets the requirements of the national standard (GB212-2008). The heating rate is fast. (<20min to 900C)
Adopting an integrated structure with upper furnace body and lower temperature control, the appearance is novel and beautiful.
The imported furnace wire is made of molybdenum containing long-life high-temperature wire.
The refractory insulation material is lightweight, environmentally friendly and energy-saving polycrystalline mullite fiber.

When carrying out heat treatment work in a customized laboratory high-temperature furnace, it mainly consists of annealing, normalizing, quenching, and tempering, and there are also three processes of heating, insulation, and cooling, all of which are complementary and indispensable. We all know that the heating method of this device has relatively little harm to the environment. Let's take a look together.

The following are the key specifications for using customized laboratory high-temperature furnaces:
1. Mold casting: The mold is tightly and firmly supported, and coated with oil or release agent. After supporting the mold, evenly distribute the fabric along the mold during cutting, and promptly activate the vibration rod when the fabric thickness is 200-400. The vibrating rod should move in fast and out slowly, with uniform vibration. It is forbidden to vibrate in the same place for a long time to prevent particle segregation. When the material surface overflows and the bubbles emitted decrease, it indicates that the material has been poured. When the thickness of the casting body is greater than 400mm, layered construction should be carried out, but it is required that layered construction be carried out continuously.
2. Furnace lining baking: Bake the furnace lining according to the established baking plan and baking curve.
3. Demoulding and maintenance: The removal of the casting template should be done after the casting material has developed high strength (usually 12-24h at room temperature). Before the strength reaches a level that can withstand significant pressure, it is necessary to avoid stepping on or colliding, otherwise it may cause cracks and damage to the edges and corners. If the ambient temperature is low, the curing time should be appropriately extended or insulation measures should be taken. If the construction period is short, the ambient temperature should be appropriately increased to accelerate the hardening of the casting body. After the mold is removed, the casting body must be further cured in a warm and humid environment for at least 12-24 hours before baking can be carried out.
4. Mixing with water: The pouring material is divided into bags, each bag containing not only the main material but also a small bag of additives. The main material and additives are poured into the mixer. Before using a forced mixer, the pouring material should be dry mixed for about 1-2 minutes, and then mixed with clean tap water. For every 100kg of pouring material, 77% ± 1Kg of tap water should be added, and water should be added while mixing until the material is uniform before discharging. The mixed wet material should be transported to the construction site for pouring construction in a timely manner.
