AITOLI Precision Flow Measurement and Control AITOLY SYSTEMS is composed of Suzhou AITOLI Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. and Wuxi AITOLI Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. The headquarters of Suzhou Aituoli is located at 99 Liuxu Road, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, at the Semiconductor Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Port. Wuxi Aituoli Branch was established in 2017 and is located at No. 20 Qingyuan Road, University Science and Technology Park, Xinwu District, Wuxi. AITOLY Instruments specializes in precise flow measurement and control of gas quality flow. Etuoli has its own R&D team with high-level product design, structure, hardware, and software R&D capabilities. It is one of the few domestic enterprises that can independently develop and produce high-precision gas mass flow meters and gas mass flow controllers. It is also one of the few domestic gas flow control product manufacturers that can independently develop and produce core components of gas flow meters and flow controllers (high-precision gas flow sensors and high stability micro proportional valves). Etuoli quality flow meters and controllers are widely used in industries such as semiconductors, photovoltaics, vacuum coating, life sciences, fuel cells, precision analytical instruments, petrochemicals, gas production, medical, food, and industrial automation control. While constantly pursuing innovation and breakthroughs, Aituoli places great emphasis on product quality. Suzhou Aituoli is one of the few domestic enterprises that can independently develop and produce high-precision gas mass flow meters and gas mass flow controllers. The core components of its products, capillary column sensors and high-precision micro gas proportional valves, have been domestically produced, with a self-developed and self-made rate of 100%, and the entire process is independently controllable. Its performance surpasses that of similar imported products. At present, Aituoli has provided software and hardware supporting products for flow meters/controllers to several key university laboratories, research institutes, precision analytical instrument manufacturers, biopharmaceutical manufacturers, environmental protection equipment and optoelectronic equipment manufacturers. Through extensive application, the reliability, repeatability, and stability of Aituoli flowmeter products have been fully verified.
