The PULE401A trace moisture tester consists of two parts, the Karl Fischer trace moisture tester (right side) and the card furnace (left side). $r $n keeps the sample in a closed system at a certain temperature, continuously introduces a dry carrier gas, vaporizes the moisture in the sample, and transfers it to the titration cell of the Karl Fischer coulomb method moisture analyzer. The moisture reacts with the iodine generated by the titration anode in a 1:1 ratio until the moisture in the titration cell reacts. Calculate the moisture content in the sample according to Faraday's law

PULE401A Trace Moisture TesterIt consists of two core modules on the left and right, with a high-precision Karl Fischer micro moisture tester on the right and a dedicated card furnace on the left. During testing, the sample in the closed system is precisely temperature controlled, and a dry carrier gas is continuously introduced into the system to fully vaporize the moisture in the sample, which is then directed to the titration cell of the Karl Fischer Coulomb method moisture analyzer. The water in the tank and the iodine generated by the titration anode undergo a Karl Fischer reaction strictly in a 1:1 molar ratio. After the water in the titration tank reacts, the instrument automatically calculates the water content in the sample based on classical Faraday's law, which can quickly and accurately determine the water content in the sample and meet the detection needs of various oil and chemical samples.
