Product Details

The touch screen Vickers hardness tester adopts a touch screen operation interface, which is easy and intuitive to operate, and can provide users with efficient and accurate hardness measurement experience. This product uses a 136 ° diamond indenter to press into the surface of the tested object with a specified test force, and calculates the hardness value by measuring the diagonal length of the indentation. It has a high-sensitivity touch screen operation, which can achieve automated control of the experimental process and reduce human errors.

Usage steps:
Step 1: Preparation work
Place the touch screen Vickers hardness tester on a stable surface and ensure it is level. Turn on the power switch and wait for the device to start and enter normal working mode.
Step 2: Calibration
Before starting the testing, calibration must be performed to ensure accuracy. Use standard samples (usually metal blocks) for calibration. Follow the instructions provided in the equipment manual for operation.
Step 3: Choose the appropriate indenter
Select the appropriate indenter (such as spherical or conical) based on the type and shape of the material to be tested. Ensure the surface of the indenter is clean and install it onto the Vickers hardness tester.
Step 4: Set parameters
Use the touch screen or buttons to set the required parameters, such as loading force, dwell time, etc., to ensure that all parameters match the material being tested.
Step 5: Testing Process
Place the test piece on the test bench and gently press down to make the indenter contact the surface of the test piece. Start the testing program, apply the loading force within the specified time and wait for the release force before recording the reading.
Step 6: Record the results
Record the data obtained from each measurement, including hardness values and related parameters. For multiple measurements, please take multiple locations to obtain the dataset.
Step 7: Analyze the results
The touch screen Vickers hardness tester analyzes the hardness characteristics of materials and potential issues based on the collected data. Compare the differences between different samples and evaluate whether the material quality or processing meets the requirements.

Common troubleshooting methods:
1. The touch screen does not respond
Possible reasons:
(1) The touch screen surface is dirty or damaged.
(2) Software issues have caused the touch function to malfunction.
resolvent:
(1) Clean the surface of the touch screen and avoid scratching it with sharp objects.
(2) Restart the device to reload the software.
2. Unstable test results
Possible reasons:
(1) The test sample was not properly placed or secured.
(2) The device is subject to external vibration interference.
resolvent:
(1) Ensure that the test samples are placed smoothly and securely fixed.
(2) Place the device in a vibration free environment for testing.
3. Display exception or error codes
Possible reasons:
(1) Internal component failure.
(2) Operational errors result in abnormal data display.
resolvent:
(1) If the abnormal display persists, please contact the after-sales service personnel for maintenance.
(2) Search for the meaning of relevant error codes according to the user manual and adjust the operation mode according to the instructions.
4. Data recording issues
Possible reasons:
(1) Memory is full or damaged.
(2) The data transmission line connection issue resulted in recording failure.
resolvent:
(1) Clean up storage space, delete old data to free up space; If necessary, replace storage cards and other components;
(2) Check if the data transmission line is well connected, ensure smooth signal flow, and try recording data again;
