Usage introduction and purpose:
1. Based on the required torque value for the job, preset and determine the torque.
2. When predicting torque, pull the hexagonal control lever at the end of the wrench, adjust the marking to the desired torque value, and then insert the hexagonal key back into its original position.
3. Install a suitable socket on the square tenon of the wrench and secure it with the fastener. Slowly apply force on the handle, and with a "click" sound (reaching the pre service torque value), withdraw the force.
4. When using larger torque values, an additional force bar can be applied for easier operation. When you hear a "click" sound, you can withdraw the force, but be sure to gently push the wrench in the opposite direction to reset the wrench component for later use.
5. When using or not using a torque wrench for a long time, it is necessary to operate it 5-6 times with medium or high torque to lubricate the wrench components. After use, please reduce the torque value of the wrench to a small value.

Notes:
1. Do not apply excessive force when using, do not continue to apply force after reaching the preset torque, and do not use beyond the range,
After discovering the "click" sound, the force should be released in a timely manner.
2. The wrench should be handled with care and cannot replace a hammer for striking. Do not disassemble or assemble it randomly to avoid affecting the accuracy of use.
3. Store in a dry place to prevent rusting over time.
4. Regular calibration should be carried out.
5. Large size torque wrench, using a force lever, should be connected properly with the wrench handle before use.
