Overview
The SOLAREx680 total carbon hydrocarbon analyzer is a rack mounted online analyzer used for analyzing and measuring organic carbon (VOCs). It converts the concentration of hydrocarbons in the measured gas into an electrical signal using a flame ionization detector (FID).
Product Details

SOLAREx680Total carbon hydrocarbon analyzerDirect measurement through flame ionization detection technology (FID). This is a direct measure of the concentration of the sample for the total number, different from catalytic methods or photoionization detectors. The flame continues to burn in a combustion chamber. Extract combustible gases from the sample and point them towards the combustion chamber, where they are ionized by the flame. Directly measure the organic content in the sample, corresponding to the total hydrocarbon value of the corresponding component.

Measuring principle

SOLAREx680 is a rack mounted online analyzer used for analyzing and measuring organic carbon (VOCs). It converts the concentration of hydrocarbons in the measured gas into an electrical signal using a flame ionization detector (FID). The combustion of hydrocarbons in the sample gas is carried out by a burner in an electric field environment consisting of hydrogen gas and VOC free air. At high temperatures, the hydrocarbons undergo chemical ionization into CHO+ions with a CH structure.

By detecting the ion current, the corresponding VOC concentration value can be obtained. The measured values can be displayed in ppm or mgC units on a large LCD screen without the need for secondary conversion. The measured gas is sampled by a built-in diaphragm pump installed in the heated measurement sensor. Part of the gas enters the FID detector for analysis and measurement, while another part is discharged through a bypass.

SOLAREx680 is equipped with a pressure controller to control the stable pressure of the measured gas during the analysis process. All components that come into contact with the measured gas are heated to 200 ° C. The instrument is equipped with an automatic flame detector, a measuring air pump, and a pressure controller.

SOLAREx680Total carbon hydrocarbon analyzerIt is a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) with electronic flow control, which uses FID to only detect organic compounds and has corresponding characteristics for all organic compounds. The sample gas directly enters the detector without chromatographic column separation, and the total content of organic compounds in the sample gas is directly measured. The instrument has a wide detection range of 10ppm to 50%, short response time, accurate flow control, and self calibration function to ensure the stability of the instrument.
