Direct measurement technology

The SOLAREx series FTA analyzer uses flame temperature sensing (FTA) technology for direct measurement and can respond to all combustible gases (including H2S, CO, H2, etc.),Response time<1 secondThe combustion chamber of the analyzer has a precisely measured flame that continues to burn at a reference temperature. Samples containing flammable gases are drawn into the combustion chamber of the analyzer and burned in a hydrogen induced flame. The thermocouple located above the induction flame will measure the temperature changes caused by combustion in real time and convert the generated temperature rise into an electrical signal. The temperature rise is proportional to the 0-100% LEL concentration of combustible gas.
