1. The use of filter cartridges is very extensive, and there are many types and specifications of filter cartridges. Choosing the model is very important.

According to their applications, they can be divided into two types: filtering liquids and gases. The specifications can be divided into 5 ", 10", 20 ", 30", and 40 ". The working pressure is generally between 0.1Mpa and 0.4Mpa. Due to the different pore sizes of the filter elements, their flow rates also vary. For example, the standard for filtering turbid water with 0.2um to 0.4 um is 300-500kg/h. If you want to increase the filtration rate per hour, you can use multi-core or 20 ", 30", 40 "filters with high impurities and viscosity, and pre filtration equipment should be added. The filtration of gases is slightly different from that of liquids, as its filtration capacity is calculated in cubic meters of gas per minute. 10 inch filter element with a diameter of 0.22 um, pressure of 0.12 Mpa, pressure difference of 0.01 Mpa, flow rate of 4-6m3/min, widely used in the fermentation industry.

For medicinal injections, antibiotics, blood products, etc., use a polysulfone filter element. PTFE filter cartridges should be selected for filtering high-temperature gases and sterilizing gases in fermentation air.

In addition to choosing high-quality filter cartridges, it is also necessary to choose high-quality filters, whether the stainless steel processing is fine, whether the inside and outside are smooth, especially the three forms of 222, 226, and flat mouth at the socket are universal, and must not be mistaken, otherwise it cannot be used, or due to rough processing, it cannot achieve the sealing and filtering effect when inserted.

Note: When using a stainless steel casing, attention should be paid to whether the filtered liquid has a corrosive effect on the stainless steel. If not applicable, filters made of other materials should be used.
