The American MONITOR tilt switch includes a lightweight tilt switch and a heavy-duty tilt switch: the TC-3X type is a lightweight tilt switch made of cast aluminum, which is suitable for measuring materials with light weight and moderate particle size (such as 15-60l b/f t3, 240-960k g/m3, or particles with a size of not less than 50mm). The application materials for lightweight tilt switches include grains, feed, plastic balls, and pet food, and have passed dust explosion-proof certification. The TC-1 type is a heavy-duty tilt switch made of cast iron, suitable for measuring rough materials (such as 45lb/ft3, 720kg/m3, or particle sizes exceeding 2 inches; 50mm). The application materials for heavy-duty tilt switches include coal, ore, rock, mixtures, and loose sand.
