The electromagnetic flowmeter of Anhui Tiankang Group consists of two main parts: electromagnetic flow sensor and electromagnetic flow converter. Anhui Tiankang Group Electromagnetic Flow MeterThe measurement principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The main components of the sensor are the measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core and yoke, and housing. The measuring tube of the sensor is a non-magnetic alloy short tube lined with insulating material, with a diameter of D. Two electrodes are fixed on the measuring tube through the tube wall along the diameter direction, and their electrode heads are basically flush with the inner surface of the lining. When the excitation coil is excited by bidirectional square wave pulses, a working magnetic field with a magnetic flux density of B is generated in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube. At this point, if a fluid with a certain conductivity flows through the measuring tube at an average flow velocity V, the cutting magnetic field lines will induce an electromotive force E. The electromotive force E is proportional to the product of the magnetic flux density B, the inner diameter D of the measuring tube, and the average flow velocity V, that is, E ∝ BVD. The electromotive force E (flow signal) is detected by the electrode and sent to the converter through a cable. The converter amplifies and processes the flow signal to display the flow rate and total amount, and can output signals such as pulses and analog currents.
