The magnetic float rises and falls with the liquid level, causing the resistance value inside the sensor to change. The change in resistance value is converted into 4-20mA by the transmitter; DC standard current output enables remote display, control, or PID adjustment of liquid level. It forms a connector with the container through a flange or other interface; In this way, the liquid level inside the chamber is at the same height as the liquid level inside the container, so the floating ball inside the chamber will rise and fall with the rise and fall of the liquid level inside the container; At this point, we cannot see the liquid level, so we installed a flip column display outside the chamber. When manufacturing the float, we installed magnetic steel at the junction of the float sinking into the liquid and the floating part. When the float rises and falls with the liquid level, its magnetism is transmitted through the shell to the flip column display, pushing the magnetic flip column to flip 180 degrees; Due to the fact that the magnetic flip column is a cylindrical body composed of two semi cylinders, red and white, the color of the display facing outside the flip column after flipping 180 ° will change (red below the liquid level and white above), and the height of the liquid level is at the junction of the two colors.

The control type is based on the flip column level gauge and adds a magnetic switch. While monitoring the liquid level, the magnetic switch signal can be used to control or alarm the liquid level; The remote transmission type is based on the flip column level gauge and adds a 4-20mA transmission sensor. While monitoring the liquid level on site, the changes in the liquid level are transmitted to the control room through transmission sensors, cables, and instruments, achieving remote monitoring and control.
