Calibration steps:

  • The two wires of the circuit board are directly connected to the resistance box.
  • After installing the battery and the LCD display shows ERR, press and hold the button until it displays -100, then release the button. The display will show the measured value (independent of the decimal point). Confirm that the resistance value of the resistance box is the resistance value corresponding to -100 ℃, observe the data on the display until it is stable, and then press and hold the button to display -50.
  • Release the button, adjust the resistance of the resistance box to the resistance value corresponding to -50 ℃, observe the data on the display until it stabilizes, then press and hold the button to display P000.

4Release the button, adjust the resistance of the resistance box to the resistance value corresponding to 0 ℃, observe the data on the display until it stabilizes, then press and hold the button to display P100.

  • Release the button, adjust the resistance of the resistance box to the resistance value corresponding to 100 ℃, observe the data on the display until it is stable, then press and hold the button to display P200.

    6Release the button, adjust the resistance of the resistance box to the resistance value corresponding to 200 ℃, observe the data on the display until it stabilizes, then press and hold the button to display P300.

    7. Release the button, adjust the resistance of the resistance box to the resistance value corresponding to 300 ℃, observe the data on the display until it stabilizes, then press and hold the button to display P400.

    8Release the button, adjust the resistance of the resistance box to the resistance value corresponding to 400 ℃, observe the data on the display until it is stable, then press and hold the button to display P500.

    9Release the button, adjust the resistance of the resistance box to the resistance value corresponding to 500 ℃, observe the data on the display until it is stable, then press and hold the button to display "P620".

    10Release the button, adjust the resistance of the resistance box to the resistance value corresponding to 620 ℃, observe the data on the display until it is stable, then press and hold the button to display "SAVE".

    11Release the button, the monitor returns to the measurement state, and remove the resistance

    Box, connected to Pt100 platinum resistor. If calibrated correctly, it will display as room temperature. At this point, the calibration of the thermometer is completed.
